All committees, with the exception of CSR, are led by independent directors, ensuring impartial decision-making. We keep honest and open communication channels both internally and externally. In line with this, we provide detailed investor presentations to keep our stakeholders informed. We respect the independence of control functions including risk, compliance, audit and financial controls. We believe they play an important role in building the organization and they are not given any business responsibilities. ESG and CSR We are committed to the cause of ESG. Our businesses are naturally aligned to social good. Governance is our defining strength, we are making specific efforts on the Environment front in terms of going paperless, investing in green branches and offices, rationalizing travel etc. For us, CSR is a privilege, not an obligation.
