I KEED EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT We seek to engage our employees in our actions and, in 2020, we carried out pulse surveys on Covid-19 initiatives and prevention. The surveys had 241 respondents and included questions regarding communication about the company's operation during the pandemic; maintaining team spirit and communication with colleagues while working from home; satisfaction with the actions taken by the corporation; as well as the main concerns during the period, among others. THE RESULT WAS A NET PROMOTER SCORE (NPS) OF 86, WHICH DEMONSTRATES THAT WE ARE GOING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TO MITIGATE THE IMPACTS OF THE PANDEMIC ON OUR WORK ENVIRONMENT.
