Independent Review of RBD Bangladesh's Development The volume of NPLs in the PCBs as a percentage of the total NPLs in the banking sector increased from 31% in Q4F12 to 47% in Q4FY23 Such a high concentration of NPLs in the PCBs reveals that NPL is not only a problem affecting the SCBS.
