EXPAND PHASE We define a customer or potential customer in the Expand phase as any customer from which we have recognized more than $100,000 in revenue in a calendar year and whose account had a negative contribution margin, as determined as of the end of the year. In 2019, we generated $176.3M in revenue from customers that were in the expand phase as of the end of that year, with a contribution margin of (43% ). In H1 2020, those same customers generated $160.5M of revenue with a contribution margin of 35%.
