You can find chemicals in every corner of your life. They are present in: The food we eat The medicine we take The crops we grow The cars we drive The homes we live in Without these chemicals, we could not sustain life for the 7.4 billion people on the planet.#4The Problem: Harmful Side Effects While chemicals help sustain life, a vast majority can cause: Industrial pollution Human, plant, and animal poisoning Chemical burns Chemical spills Waterway pollution Groundwater contamination We have been saturating our planet with hazardous industrial and household chemicals. As a recent example, the COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically increased the frequency of sanitizing our hands and disinfecting surfaces. Many traditional sanitizers and disinfectants use hazardous chemicals that may have a harmful impact on people and our planet.* How can we sustain humanity without harming people and the planet? *See Appendix 1#5The Solution: Better Chemistry What if we could kill the COVID-19 virus without using harmful disinfectants? What if we could increase food supplies without using harmful pesticides? What if we could utilize batteries without using hazardous sulfuric acid? What if we could manufacture cosmetics without toxic preservatives? We can, with new, sustainable chemistry: • Tygrus has discovered new water-synthesized chemistry, • • a low toxicity acid and a low-toxicity base The Chemical Abstract Service (CAS) has granted Tygrus two new CAS numbers for its chemistries. The USPTO has granted Tygrus composition-of-matter patents for its chemistries Tygrus continues application-specific testing of its chemistries that are demonstrating to be disruptive in multiple-billion dollar industries by increasing efficacy, reducing costs, and lowering toxicity#6Tygrus Company Overview BETTER CHEMISTRY. Growthful uses a new, low toxicity acidic chemistry that decreases soil pH, increases cation exchange capacity (CEC), and increases the uptake of nutrients. Unlike other acidic soil amendments, when used under recommended application rates, Growthful is not harmful to plants and can be applied anytime during the growth cycle, including foliar applications. Growthful has been tested by third parties on a wide range of crops including corn, tomatoes, potatoes, soybeans, sugar beets, and cannabis with typical yields increasing by 10% or more. 13)#13Growthful, Features and Benefits CEC Increase Growthful increases soil cation exchange capacity (CEC), providing a more optimal reservoir of nutrients to replenish those removed by the plant. Optimize Nutrient Uptake Growthful's hydrogen-rich formulation improves the chelation of metal ions in the soil and the solubility of nutrients which allows the plant to efficiently uptake the required nutrients when the plant needs them. Higher Yields Growthful increases flowering, fruit set, and fruit sizing to create an enhanced crop yield. Apply During Any Phase of the Growth Cycle Apply Growthful during pre-emergence to condition the soil, and/or as a foliar application before and during the critical growth cycles of the plant and nutrient uptake cycles of the roots. Ferocious is also an effective nutrient enhancer which may have the ability to breakdown nutrients into smaller particles and allow the plant to more effectively uptake and absorb the nutrients. The current hypothesis is that Ferocious: Promotes plant health and helps build overall plant vigor. Reduces the space between internodes, creating more flowers and increasing yield. Improves uptake, absorption and utilization of nutrients by breaking them down into small particles so that the plant easily absorbs them. Strengthens the cellular structure of plants. Promotes the efficiency of absorption and bioavailability by acting as a transporter of other elements. Assists in buffering to optimize the pH for the plant and its soil/medium/water. Shows no indication of residue in post-harvest lab results. Field studies show that using Ferocious in cultivation increases harvest weight, potency and market value#20Field Trials - Successful Test Markets • 20 Successful field trials of "Ferocious," a plant optimizer, powered by the company's exclusive water-based patent pending novel chemistry. 18% average increase in yield (weight) • Began field testing of compliance products in April 2019 Veg Stage: Day 30 White Fire OG Reported Increase in Yield (%) 35 25 15 10 0 CONTROL VS FEROCIOUS 5 Reported yield increases from Ferocious usage: 18% avg., +/-7% std. dev., n=19#21Independent Grower Results - Potency Potency Increased 33-39% with Ferocious Usage Cannabinold Potency (% by weight) strain before after gain before after gain % d9 -THC % d9 -THC % % THCA % THCA % White Cindy 0.432 0.407 -5.79% 21.60 31.70 46.76% Mob Boss 0.585 0.535 -8.55% 21.40 27.90 30.37% Red Headed.. 0.368 0.563 52.99% 16.60 25.40 53.01% RHS 0.281 0.430 53.02% 15.90 22.00 38.36% CONTROL Dawg Waltz 0.357 0.610 70.87% 20.70 27.00 30.43% Blue Dream 0.392 0.444 13.27% 19.30 28.20 46.11% Dr Who Bud 0.229 0.448 95.63% 16.10 23.30 44.72% White Cindy 0.206 0.303 47.09% 20.50 29.40 43.41% Mob Boss 0.308 0.471 52.92% 20.10 23.60 17.41% GG4 Bud 0.434 0.632 45.62% 16.50 24.90 50.91% Darkstar Bud 0.331 0.406 22.66% 12.70 17.00 33.86% Average 0.357 0.477 33.80% 18.31 25.49 39.23% FEROCIOUS * Actual results are dependent of numerous growth factors including soil conditions, weather and proper irrigation#22SAFETY - Tydronium vs. Market Leader - Peracetic ACID (PAA) PERACETIC ACID (PAA) A comparative story - "Safer and Effective" Peroxyacetic Acid is listed as a Hazardous Substance - DOT, DEP, NFPA and EPA Listed as a Special Health Hazard due to its Corrosivity and Reactivity Highly corrosive to skin and dermal tissue Fumes are hazardous to eyes, nose and lung tissue Volatile Liquid- Requiring vented containers and Respirators for handling Highly Reactive and an Explosion Hazard Peracetic Acid is a suspected carcinogen Pungent, Malodorous Liquid Peracetic Acid is highly unstable - short shelf life in open and closed environments Strong Oxidizer - High Chemical Reactivity TYDRONIUM Under consideration by EPA/CAS to be listed as Non-Hazardous Substance Less-Corrosive Non-fuming and non-hazardous to eyes, nose and lung tissue Non-volatile Liquid - No Venting or Respirators required for handling Non-Corrosive to skin and dermal tissue (refer to available test data) Not an Explosion Hazard Mild Chemical Reactant and Non-Explosive Clear Odorless Liquid Reducing agent - Antioxidant - Mild Chemical Reactant Completely stable in the container#23Pending#24Freshful, Fruit and Vegetable Wash A Better Alternative to Conventional Fruit and Vegetable Wash Products AQUEUS FRESHFUL FRUIT & VEGETABLE HASH Freshful™ Fruit & Vegetable Wash is a new, low toxicity, acidic chemistry that has demonstrated the ability to extend the shelf life of fruits and vegetables.
